Article 1: Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) exclusively govern the relationship between the KOREANBEAUTY.MA website and any person visiting the site or making a purchase through it (hereinafter referred to as "You").

Any internet user can review the GTC on the KOREANBEAUTY.MA website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The GTC may be subject to changes, and the conditions in force at the time of placing your order are the ones that apply.

Any order placed on this site implies the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions by the customer.

Article 2: Contract
2.1 Conditions for Placing an Order
By placing an order on the Site, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or parental authorization required to place an order on the Site.

Any order placed on the Site must correspond to the normal needs of a household.

2.2 Ordering
After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming it and providing information about the shipment of your items (Order Processed).

Article 3: Prices and Availability
The prices displayed on the Site are in Moroccan Dirhams, including all taxes (including VAT), excluding shipping and order processing fees.

The price we charge you is the one indicated on the delivery note we send you.

We may accept your orders within the limits of available stock. The availability of items sold on the Site is specified on each item's information page.

Despite our efforts, a limited number of items on our Site may have a price error. Rest assured, however, that we check prices when processing your order. If the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on the Site, we will charge you the lower price and send you the item. If the corrected price is higher than the price displayed on the Site, we will inform you and cancel your order unless you choose to accept the order at the new price.

Article 4: Delivery
After confirming the order, we commit to preparing and delivering or shipping the ordered products to the delivery address within the timeframes indicated on the Site. The cost of any delivery is 50 Moroccan Dirhams excluding tax, depending on the amount and delivery address. Subject to accepting the order as is, we may offer you a portion or the entire delivery fee. The delivery fees after discounts are available on the checkout page.

Delivery timeframes are provided for reference only and do not constitute a formal commitment to delivery. Any delay in delivery that is less than 7 working days does not entitle you to cancel the order. Delays in delivery attributable to us or the carrier do not give rise to damages.

In the event of the customer's absence during delivery or failure to collect the goods within the specified time, additional charges may be incurred for a new delivery of the ordered product.

Upon receiving the goods, you must verify the delivery's compliance with your order (products and quantities ordered) and ensure that the products have not been damaged during transport. If a product has suffered any damage affecting its essential characteristics, you must refuse to accept the delivery and notify us by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 5 days following the said receipt. Failing this, the delivered products will be deemed to have been received in good condition.

In case of loss of a package during transport, the investigation period varies from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the carrier. We will inform you of the results of this investigation as soon as possible.

Any order that remains pending with the carrier due to failure to acknowledge receipt for any reason will be your responsibility, and all costs incurred by this delay, including transportation costs, will be at your expense.

Article 4.1: Right of Withdrawal
Items must be returned to us within 7 days, unopened and in their original condition. The return costs of the items are at the customer's expense. Administrative fees of 100 Moroccan Dirhams and restocking fees of 15% of the order amount will be applied for any retracted order. Please note that we are never obliged, regardless of the circumstances, to accept a return of goods.

Article 5: Payment
The price of the products is payable in cash using one of the payment methods offered on the Site on the day the order is placed.

Article 5.1: Electronic Payment
To pay for your order by credit card, choose from the payment methods offered when placing the order (Visa or MasterCard). The transaction will be debited from your account on the day following the delivery confirmation.

Payment by credit card is secure and provided by Maroc Telecommerce, ensuring maximum security.

By choosing this payment method, you certify that you have all the necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method when validating the order.

For payments by credit card, the provisions regarding fraudulent use of the payment method, as provided in agreements between the consumer, the card issuer, Get Online S.A.R.L, and its bank, apply.

Article 5.2: Proof of Credit Card Transactions
The data recorded by Maroc Telecommerce S.A on the MarocTelecommerce platform on behalf of Get Online S.A.R.L constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and us.

Article 6: Reservation of Ownership
The delivered goods remain our property until they are dispatched once you have paid their price.

Article 7: Site Access License
We grant you a limited license to access and use the Site for your personal use. You are not authorized in any way to download or modify all or part of this Site without our express written permission. This license does not allow you to use this Site or its content for commercial purposes, including listing products, descriptions, prices, downloading or copying information for another merchant's account, using data, software, sound clips, graphics, images, text, photographs, or tools.

This Site or any portion of this Site may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or exploited for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

You must not use techniques that allow you to copy a trademark, logo, or any other information (including images, text, layouts) that we own without our express written agreement. You must not use meta tags or any other "hidden" text containing our name, our brand, or that of our affiliated companies without our express written permission. Unauthorized use will terminate the license we have granted you.

We allow you, on a non-exclusive and revocable basis, to create a hyperlink pointing to the Site's homepage, provided that this link does not create a misleading, false, derogatory, or harmful representation of our company, our products, or our services. In no case will the creation of this hyperlink engage our responsibility, in any capacity, regarding the content of your site. The use of our logo, our brand, or our graphics in your link requires our express written permission.

Article 9: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Moroccan law. For any disputes arising from this contract between you and us, the Commercial Court of SALE will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 10: Liability
We cannot be held liable for damages, whether material

, immaterial, or physical, resulting from the improper functioning or misuse of the products sold.

Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order and cannot be invoked for simple errors or omissions that may have persisted despite all precautions we take in presenting the products. In the event of a dispute, we and you undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

Failing an agreement, for merchant customers, the Commercial Court of SALE has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery or the accepted payment method.
