Within a seven-day window starting from the moment of receiving their order, customers have the option to request a return of the product(s) from KOREANBEAUTY.MA. It's important to note that the return process is undertaken at the customer's own risk.
Should the customer fail to return the product(s) within seven days of receiving their order or if the product(s) is not returned in its original condition, the return request will be considered void, and the customer will be required to retain the product.
KOREANBEAUTY.MA commits to refunding the returned product(s) within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by the company. The refund will be processed by crediting the reimbursable amount to the customer's bank account or by issuing a check.
It's worth noting that each customer is eligible for returns only once per order, irrespective of the number of products being returned. For any subsequent return requests, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Customers are obligated to promptly report any issues with the delivered product, such as damaged packaging, signs of prior opening, or missing components, within two days of receiving the product. If a product is found to be defective, customers are entitled to the conditions outlined in this article. In cases of confirmed product defects, KOREANBEAUTY.MA will promptly arrange for a replacement product, subject to stock availability. In the event of stock unavailability, customers will receive an equivalent product.
